What we collect
Only what you type into an order form: a name and a phone number. There is no registration, no accounts and no newsletter. We do not ask for an address, a date of birth or payment details — the seller's operator collects those by phone if you decide to order.
Why we need it
A request is a request for a call back. The name and phone number are passed to the seller or its affiliate network so that an operator can contact you, confirm the price and the delivery terms, and take the order. Without those two fields the request cannot be processed.
Who receives it
The affiliate network handling the product on the page you filled in, and through it the seller. Which network that is depends on the product and may change; the current one is always the one that receives the request at the moment you send it. We do not sell data, do not build advertising profiles and do not pass anything to third parties beyond the seller's chain.
Health data
We do not ask about diagnoses, symptoms or medication and no form on this site has a field for them. Which page a request came from is passed as a technical label so the seller knows which product was requested.
How long it is kept
This site does not keep a database of requests: the data is forwarded and not stored on our side. Retention on the seller's side is governed by the seller's own policy, which its operator is obliged to state on request.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Traffic is measured in aggregate through search engine tools, which report totals and queries, not individuals.
Your rights
You may ask what was passed on, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Write to info@checkvita.com; we forward such requests to the network handling the order and reply with the outcome. Deletion on the seller's side is requested from the operator who called you.
